COURSES

Foundation Course for Beginners

Foundation Course for Beginners, as the name suggests, is for those who are attempting to step in to the field of fitness for the very first time. Those undergoing this course would get a general idea of exercise science as well as anatomy of the human body. This course is particularly for those who, because of their zeal to get in to shape, hit the gym straight away without much knowledge of muscles, physiology, kinematics and exercise routine, and end up harming their bodies. Often, for fast results, they take multiple kinds of Steroids, which prove detrimental.

ACE Certification

American Council on Exercise – is an organization which needs no introduction. ACE certification is the most sought-after certification by fitness professionals and it is indeed the most trusted certification in the fitness industry. ACE has become an established resource for fitness professionals, enthusiasts and beginners.
Fitness Vision Academy is determined to expand the healthcare continuum and impart best coaching to its students to help them crack ACE exam in the very first attempt. Our classroom teaching is coupled with excellent practical sessions to give students firm grip on what they are being taught. This transforms them from a novice to an expert and gives them confidence to understand varying sorts of health needs and goals of people, which in turn help them serve their future clients better

NASM

National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) CPTs are prepared to design exercise and conditioning programs that are scientifically valid and based on clinical evidence. They provide the guidance to help clients achieve their personal health, fitness and performance goals via the implementation of exercise programs and suggested lifestyle modifications. Personal Trainers do not diagnose or treat areas of pain or disease and will always refer clients with such needs to health care professionals.

CSCS

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. Recognizing that their area of expertise is separate and distinct, CSCSs consult with and refer athletes to other professionals when appropriate.

ACSM Certification

The American College of Sports Medicine was the first organization to certify health fitness professionals. As a leader in the industry, ACSM establishes the exercise guidelines that all other certifications use for training and certification, and therefore, we continues to set what we like to call “the Gold Standard.”
